It’s visibly appealing and is a metallic purple and silver color. A lifetime HEPA filter is included and speaking of, it also has replaceable exhaust filters in scents such as cinnamon, baked apple, and tropical breeze!  Attachments for the X5 include a handheld tool for pet hair and lint balls for use on fabric furniture and a flexible nozzle for hard to reach spaces.

Reviews have shown that users see faults in this Vax vacuum’s suction ability.  In most cases, the suction power is nonexistent while in some user instances, the suction was too powerful making it hard to move the vacuum.

One common user tip to solve suction issues with the Vax cleaner is to empty the canister and also knock the dust and dirt out of the foam filter and the HEPA filter.  This tip helps keep the suction performing properly.
